This 90-minute class provides an ideal introduction to students who are new to Yoga or are planning in-depth instruction.
This 90-minute class is open to everyone except complete beginners. The class includes pranayama (breathing exercises), a series of asanas (postures) that include sun salutations and relaxation. You are advised to take the beginners' course before attending this class as this will help you maximize your benefits.
In this 120-minute class, asanas (postures) and variations are practiced for longer. Before taking this course, you are advised to take our intermediate level course as preparation.
This 90 minute class follows a gentle approach, and is ideal for seniors and the physically challenged.
This once-a-week class helps you enjoy a better pregnancy and delivery. It offers a series of gentle postures and includes brief meditation.
This is a free and open-to-all 90-minute session, which comprises group meditation, devotional chanting, and an informal talk on Yoga. You are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of this session.
